Public Participation, Involvement and Engagement

The participation, involvement and engagement of women with experience of intermittent auscultation (IA) is central to Listen2Baby.

Two of the co-investigator team, Mo Ade and Sumayya Mulla, both of whom have recent experience of IA, have been involved in the project throughout the planning and application stage.

Some of the participants in the focus groups and interviews in Work package 3 helped us plan our approach to Work package 2. All participants in Work package 3 will be invited to continue to be involved in the project and contribute to the co-design activities in Work package 4.

Our Stakeholder Group includes representatives from the NCT, The Motherhood Group and the Birth Trauma Association.

Our Study Steering Committee includes a member representing women's experience, Agnes Agyepong.
