The neoGASTRIC trial is making fantastic progress, having passed the halfway mark in its recruitment journey!

With over half of the 7,040 participants now on board, the study is well on its way to determining whether routine measurement of gastric residual volumes benefits preterm infants.

This multicentre trial, running across the UK and Australia, marks a significant step toward gathering valuable evidence that could optimise care for these vulnerable babies.
