Quality Improvement Ideas
In 2024 we conducted a survey of PMRT lead users to gather data regarding service improvements implemented as a consequence of PMRT review findings. Service users from 38 trusts and health boards completed the survey. The majority supplied information about more than one improvement; 116 improvements were outlined in total.
