Poster presentations

If you would like your poster to be considered please complete the Poster Submission Form and send this by email, along with the.mp4 video file of your poster to conference@npeu.ox.ac.uk

Poster submission deadline for Perinatal virtual conference: 8th November 2024

For your digital poster presentation create a short (max. 2 minute) video to accompany your poster in which you present as if you were at an in-person poster session. Your digital poster should be created in PowerPoint and is limited to one widescreen slide only. Please remember that your digital poster will be viewed on a computer screen so ensure it is in defined sections with clear lettering and good quality images. There are a vast number of pre-recording programs available but we recommend using Zoom or Powerpoint. An example poster presentation is available to view here. If you have any questions please contact conference@npeu.ox.ac.uk

The digital poster presentations will be shown during the conference in a virtual poster presentation session. They will also be displayed in the poster section of the conference website for delegates to view during the conference and for 60 days after the conference date.

Delegates will be able to post any questions they may have regarding your poster presentations via a chat box on the conference website. Therefore, we hope you will save the date to be able to participate on the conference date.

You will be notified whether your abstract has been accepted for the conference by 29th November 2024

For all queries please contact the MBRRACE-UK Events Team by email on conference@npeu.ox.ac.uk
